How We Handle Legal Records

Your legal rights are easier to use when account records are kept in a structured way. We keep identity checks, login sessions, transfer receipts and support case IDs in separate record types…

Data collection

We collect the details needed to run your account request: mobile number, account name, wallet rail, login session and support case text. We do not ask for unrelated documents during a normal legal question.

Cookie choices

Cookie choices sit under Menu > Privacy > Cookie choices on mobile browsers. Necessary cookies keep login sessions active, while preference cookies remember language and device display settings for your next visit.

Account security

Password changes, phone checks and device changes create security entries on your account. If a login looks unusual, support may ask you to confirm the registered number before discussing legal records.

Record retention

We keep transfer receipts, chat case IDs and account-change entries only as long as needed for dispute handling, fraud checks and legal duties. After that period, records are removed or separated from your profile.

Correction requests

If your name, phone number or wallet detail is wrong, use Menu > Account > Legal request. We may ask for a fresh verification step before changing records tied to DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS.

Access wording

Eligibility for account access depends on local law. If your location or legal status changes, we may pause account actions while support checks the request and explains the next available step.

This section answers the legal questions we receive most often from Indonesia account holders and new applicants. The answers focus on account terms, data records, cookies, access wording and how to contact us for changes. They do not replace local legal advice, but they explain how we handle the request inside our account system and support channels.

Our account terms apply when you send your registration details, verify your phone number or use the wallet. Access to any lobby section depends on local law, and we may ask you to confirm eligibility.

Yes. Use Menu > Account > Legal request or live chat between 09:00–23:00 WIB. We confirm your registered phone number first, then prepare the account data connected to your profile and case ID.

Those wallet records help us confirm account ownership and resolve disputes. We may match the wallet name, transfer trace and account ID before changing profile details or answering a request about a transaction record.

Open Menu > Account > Legal request and choose correction. Add the field that needs fixing, such as phone number or wallet name. We may ask for a fresh verification step before any record is changed.

If access is not available where local law permits, we may restrict account actions and explain which records remain for security or dispute handling. You can still contact support about data rights or account records.
